Care Home Stall - 22nd October

 On 22nd October, Carlisle Socialist Party organised a stall in the town centre to continue it's campaign against care home closures. The County Council's plan to close seven care homes throughout Cumbria and replace it with newer facilities with half the number of beds, rationing out care and ending respite care, was met with anger and disaproval by residents who supplied hundreds of new signitures to our petition.
